Our price includes the ex-factory price and shipping cost, but does not include the import tariff at the destination. Tariffs vary by destination, so please check on your own.

We have some products in stock. For items in stock, shipment will be made within 24 hours after payment. For products not in stock that require production, the delivery time is approximately 2–5 days. For large-scale production, please contact our customer service. The delivery time will be based on mutual agreement. Production cycles vary by product, ranging from 5 to 30 days. We will do our utmost to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible. In most cases, we can meet your requirements.

For small quantities, we typically use FedEx, UPS, or DHL by default. For bulk orders, in order to save on shipping costs, we will discuss and agree on the most suitable shipping method together.

We provide a one-year warranty divided into two stages:

1. Within the first six months, we offer free warranty for quality issues not caused by human factors. However, after-sales problems caused by human factors will incur a fee for warranty service.

2. After the initial six months, customers are responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with any after-sales services. The exact costs will be communicated by our customer service representatives based on the specific details of each order.
