115-7261-clutch-friction-plate-for-caterpillar
115-7261 (1157261) Clutch Friction Plate for Caterpillar, Paper-Based

Part Number 115-7261

If your Caterpillar machine calls for 115-7261 (also written 1157261), this clutch friction plate from Topsealkit is built as a replacement for that position. Paper-based friction facings are widely used in wet clutch packs because they take up load progressively and run quietly in transmission oil.

Specifications

Part number: 115-7261

Alternate format: 1157261

Type: Transmission clutch friction plate

Material: Paper-Based Friction Material & Steel Base

Spline: Machine-cut splines

Brand: Topsealkit

Condition: New, aftermarket

Compatibility: Caterpillar heavy machinery transmissions

Sold as: 1, 2 or 4 pieces

This plate has machine-cut splines, so it is worth comparing the profile with the worn plate before fitting.

Fitment Check

Find the part number stamped or listed on the plate you are removing and compare it with 115-7261 or 1157261.
