  1. Shipping Time

In most cases it takes 2-5 days for the package to arrive in the United States, and 3-10 days to other countries. Please kindly note that the shipping time is also affected by various factors, including product type, inventory, shipping address and weather conditions, etc. Please refer to the following chart for details.

Attention: We will prepare your item and arrange shipment ASAP after you placed an order. However, delays may occur as a result of the following circumstances:

  • Your order is placed during weekends or legal holidays;
  • The necessary information needed to prepare the product is not provided;
  • Local customs clearance;
  • Wrong mailing address;
  • Force majeure, such as terrible weather condition or war, etc.

  1. Shipping Area

Our products are shipped worldwide. Please order with confidence. In the event that we are unable to deliver to your location, our customer service team will contact you and arrange a full refund. You will incur no loss.

  1. Shipping Cost

Our products are shipped worldwide with free shipping, so you no longer need to pay any transportation fees. This does not, however, include import customs clearance or tariffs imposed by the destination country (see point 4 for details). In special circumstances — for example, if the package cannot be shipped to your location, or if the shipping cost is extremely high due to a very remote address — we will communicate with you in advance. If shipping is truly not feasible, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. You will not incur any loss.

  1. Taxes and Duties

For orders shipped from our warehouse in China, import duties and taxes will be collected by your local customs authorities at the time of import. These charges vary by country, so please refer to the customs policies in your region for specific rates and fees.
